Creamy Mushroom Mozzarella Tuscan Stuffed Chicken

I was not a fan of mushrooms neither were my family members.  After trying this recipe, we are now addicted to mushrooms.  We practically licked the plate clean from the homemade Tuscan sauce.  Give this recipe a try.  Your family will be begging for more.

 

DO NOT COOK WITH OILS OR MARINATE WITH IT. Eliminate it from your diet immediately.  Use butter or lard like your ancestors cooked and seared their meats.

Ingredients (Servings: 3 people)

SAUCE TO MARINATE CHICKEN

  • 1 teaspoon of Thyme

  • 1 Teaspoon of  Garlic power

  • 1 Teaspoon of Rosemary

  • 1 Teaspoon of Chicken Seasoning

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 dash of black pepper

  • 1 stick of melted butter

  • WISK WELL and Marinate Chicken Breast for approximately 30 Minutes

OTHER INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

  • 2 Cups of Mushrooms

  • 2 Tablespoon of minced garlic

  • 1 Tablespoon of hot chili (Optional for spicy taste)

  • 1 Cup of Mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 a Cup of parmesan cheese

  • 1 lemon

  • ½ cup of sundried tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
