Stop touching cash. You're going to get the Coronavirus. Use your mobile to pay for your goods and services. HOW DARE YOU USE CASH IN THIS TIME OF CRISIS WE'RE IN.
With all this social distancing we're practicing, coffee shops removing tables and seats, movie theaters and sports arena are closing down along with public and private schools, is this enough to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus? Oh, and don't forget bars, pubs, night clubs, and amusement parks are also closing down. It seems we as a society have everything covered to prevent the spread of COVID-19 aka "Coronavirus."
Do the governments and health officials of the world have everything covered to prevent this virus from spreading? Well, what about the following...
THAT'S A CORONAVIRUS FOUL. THIS IS NO CONTACT BASKETBALL. Now that children are not attending school, they are playing on the playgrounds, basketball courts, handball courts, etc. They are all touching and breathing on each other.
"LOOKS FRESH. FEELS FRESH. SMELL FRESH BUT HOW MANY TOUCHED THIS BEFORE I DID?"
Should we close all supermarkets, grocery stores, and all food markets because consumers are toughing and breathing on the produce and groceries that are on the shelves?
DON'T YOU TOUCH THAT POS MACHINE!
How many businesses have these POS machines? A better question is "How many besides yourself are touching these machines on a daily basis when paying for products?"
DON'T YOU DARE TRY OUT THAT DRESS! IT CAN BE CONTAMINATED WITH A VIRUS. IN FACT, YOU SHOULDN'T BE TOUCHING IT.
Should we close all retail clothing stores? People are touching and trying out clothing everyday in the fitting rooms. How many tried out that dress or even touched it before you got your hand on it?
"THANK YOU SO MUCH. I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS PACKAGE FOREVER."
You'd be surprised how many have touched your package before it was delivered to your doorstep. It started with the person who packaged the product, to the mailroom of the company you purchased the product, to the employees at the postal office that is processing the package in the system, to the person that loads the trucks and the delivery person who delivered the package to your doorstep. Wait! What about the product you ordered? How many people touched the product when it was manufactured? By the way, did you know your package when in transit, traveled to several postal or parcel offices? I will estimate about 50 people had physical contact with your parcel.
SORRY, WE DON'T ACCEPT CASH DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS. MOBILE TRANSACTIONS ONLY!
This is a big one. How many people do you think handles cash every day? Should we eliminate cash and do all financial transactions electronically? Cash is too dangerous in my opinion. People are touching it every day plus if we get rid of cash, this will eliminate robbery and many other crimes associated with cash. Consequently, it will make the environment green. What do you think? Should we eliminate cash from our society and do all financial transactions on your mobile?
PIN NUMBER REQUIRED
What about ATMs? How many people are touching those buttons and monitors? If we get rid of cash, we don't need ATMs and therefore it can help prevent viruses from spreading. ATMs are dangerous especially during a virus outbreak. In addition, scammers install ATM skimmers stealing your information and can wipeout your bank account. Plus, this will save energy.
Are you scared yet? You should be. Don't be frightened of the coronavirus. Be frightened of what's coming.
