Tired of the same chicken recipe every day? Try this delicious creamy garlic parmesan chicken mixed with mouthwatering herbal spices and heavy cream like our ancestors cooked. This quick and tasty dish is super easy to make. It's great for that busy weeknights when you just need to whip up something fast and delicious. It’s all made in one pan in under 30 minutes. Can be served will veggies, mash potatoes or other side dishes. Remember, substitute oil for butter or lard.

Ingredients

  • 3 Chicken Breasts (If chicken breast too large, slice them in half)

  • 1 cups Sliced Mushrooms

  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic

  • 1 medium chopped onion

  • 1-2 tbsp Minced Jalapeno Pepper (optional but I love it!)

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (use more for more volume)

  • 1 cup Chicken Stock (use more for more volume)

  • 1 handful Chopped Parsley

  • 1 tbsp All-purpose Flour

  • Salt & Pepper for taste
