6 to 12 Caged Free Eggs Per Day with Butter
Cooked (Soft Boiled, Soft Scrambled, Soft Poached or Raw), NEVER FRIED!  You may consume hard-boiled eggs but the nutrients will be minimal.

Dr. Wallach and many Naturopathic Physicians recommend cholesterol levels should be between 200mg - 300mg regardless of LDL and HDL levels.  Incidentally, there is no such thing as bad cholesterol.  Why would God and Nature create a substance that bad for your body?  It's just plain cholesterol period.
