Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
 

  • 1-1/2 lb of Beef Sirloin, trimmed of any fat

  • 8oz of Cremini Mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 Small Yellow or Red Onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup of White Wine

  • 1-1/2 Tbsp of Gluten-Free Flour

  • 1 cup of Beef Stock

  • 1 tsp of Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1/2 cup of Sour Cream

  • 1-1/2 Tbsp of Butter or Lard

  • 1 Tbsp of Chopped Chives

  • 1 Tbsp of Chopped Parsley

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

  • Serve with Gluten-Free Egg Noodles or Your Favorite Gluten-Free Pasta
